Insomnia Club ("we", "us") builds custom software. This policy covers what we collect when you visit insomnia.club, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions go to info@insomnia.club.
01what we collect
- Contact details you give us. If you use the form on our site, we collect your phone number and email address.
- Usage data. We use analytics tools that record pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, session replays, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our analytics tools set identifiers in your browser so we can tell visits apart and understand how the site is used.
02how we use it
- To respond when you reach out about a project.
- To send the marketing texts and emails you signed up for.
- To understand how the site performs and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
03text messages
When you enter your phone number on our site, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Insomnia Club at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at info@insomnia.club.
No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent records are shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
04email
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Using it stops marketing email immediately; we may still email you directly about a project you asked us about.
05service providers
We share information only with the vendors that run this site and our messaging, and only so they can provide those services to us:
- Klaviyo stores contact details and sends our texts and emails.
- PostHog provides analytics and session replay.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides performance analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
06retention
We keep contact details until you opt out or ask us to delete them. Session replays are retained for 30 days; aggregate analytics are kept longer.
07your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop email.
- Email info@insomnia.club to ask what we hold about you or to have it corrected or deleted. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
- Most browsers let you block or clear cookies; the site works without them.
08children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
09changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how we use contact details will be announced to the affected contacts first.
